About the Project

EnerGuide is a groundbreaking digital energy consultant developed by Enerithm Technology GmbH.
It leverages advanced AI technology to optimize building energy use, reduce emissions, and drive sustainability in the real estate sector. The platform delivers tailored advice to stakeholders and sets new standards for data-driven energy management.

My Role

• Fullstack Developer (freelance, full-time since July 2024)
• Architecture, infrastructure management, and technical due diligence
• Cross-functional collaboration with founders and development team

Highlights

• Developed and integrated a LiDAR scanner plugin in Swift, connected via Capacitor
• Built frontend interfaces with React and managed backend with Strapi CMS
• Restructured the project into a monorepository, improving maintainability and deployment
• Set up a complete staging environment for safer and faster iteration
• Integrated Stripe for one-time product purchases and subscription models
• Conducted technical due diligence, analyzing risks and opportunities, and presented findings to external auditors
• Managed PR reviews, role management, and permissions to improve code quality and security
